Rilexine is an antibiotic used for the treatment of bacterial infections particularly of the urinary tract and skin.

All antibiotics are prescription only medications and can only be supplied with a valid written veterinary prescription.

The active ingredient in Rilexine is Cephalexin. Therefore, Rilexine is used to treat bacterial infections sensitive to cephalexin such as Infections of the urinary tract in cats and dogs. Also affective against cutaneous infections (pyoderma) in dogs, including skin fold pyoderma impetigo, folliculitis, furunculosis and cellulitis.
