Precautions : 

Do not use in puppies less than 2 weeks of age. Prior to initiation of Interceptor® Treatment, dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infections. Infected dogs should be treated to remove adult heartworms and microfilariae prior to initiating treatment.

Interceptor™ Spectrum is a monthly chew that protects dogs and puppies 2 weeks or older of any body weight  against heartworm disease, hookworm, roundworm, tapeworm and whipworm infections.
